ABIR was a full site redesign. They choose a column layout from the sets of wireframes I provided. It dramatically improved their public appearance and perception.

The left and right columns remain locked while the center main column scrolls. Or if the user wanted to only read a certain section they could choose from the left column options, which corresponded to the body header categories. Widgets such as news updates and fact sheet downloads were also included.
